Korean company Pantech announced the launch of sales in the domestic market of new tablet Vega N ˚ 5 (aka IM-T100K). It took Pantech about six weeks to make Vega N ˚ 5 since its announcement on May 26 until it went on sale in Korea.

The configuration of the tablet during this time has not changed: the device is still equipped with 5 " touch screen featuring resolution of 800 x 480, 1 GB RAM, 16 GB of internal flash memory, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and even HSPA +. Two more important features of Pantech Vega N ˚ 5 which sharply distinguish it from the rest - the main camera, which has a resolution of 8 megapixels and can recordvideo at a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and the platform Qualcomm MSM8660, which includes a dual-core processor running at 1.5 GHz.
It should be noted that even some well-known companies are still far from being able to equip their devices with such a productive platform and a camera of this resolution, and here we are talking about not the very best Korean brand. Thus Pantech did a very good job in creating a high end small tablet.

This new gadget is available in Korea at a price of 550 Euros which is quite tolerable considering the specifications of the product. As for the operating system Vega N ˚ 5 is running it is Android 2.3.3.
