The end of last week Intel released mobile Celeron 787 processor. Based on 32-nanometer technology product it is characterized by low power consumption. It has a single core, clocked at 1.30 GHz and 1 MB third level cache. The processor can execute one instructions stream with TDP of 17 watts and costs $ 107.

There are another four models of Core i7 coming out in fourth quarter. Three of them (i7-2960XM Extreme Edition, i7-2860QM and i7-2760QM) will have four cores, and the model i7-2640M ill only have two.

The older model Core i7-2960XM supports eight threads. It is designed for 2.7 GHz clockspeed (Turbo mode frequency increases it up to 3.7 GHz). It features 8 MB of third level cash.

The general features of the i7-2760QM and i7-2860QM include the ability to perform up to eight streams of commands with TDP of 45 W. These processorsgot 6 and 8 MB third level cash, respectively. Clock speed of i7-2760QM is equal to 2.4 GHz (3.5 GHz in Turbo mode), and i7-2860QM - 2,5 GHz (3.6 GHz in Turbo mode).

Core i7-2640M model supports up to four threads, with clock frequency of 2.8 GHz (3.5 GHz in Turbo mode) and 4 MB third level cashe.

All four Core i7 processors have a graphics core Intel HD 3000 clocked 650 MHz (1300 MHz Turbo) built in. However, there is no information on prices yet.
