Toshiba has announced their latest eReader called BookPlace D850 is a slim and lightweight compact body design easy to carry, access to Toshiba BookPlace store that’s contains 50,000 books and magazines, dedicated button of Home, Menu, Back, Continue and Volume, expand the small letters, bookmark function and create multiple bookshelf.

Specifications

The BookPlace D850 has 7-inch touch screen display with 1024 x 600 pixels resolution, 1GHz Freescale i.MX535 processor, Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, 1GB RAM, 8GB built-in storage with microSD card slot, weight 330 grams and dimension 190 x 120 x 11 mm.

The Toshiba D850 has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, mono speaker, 3.5mm headphone jack, USB 2.0 port and up to 7.5 hours battery life.

Release Date and Price

The Toshiba BookPlace D850 will be available from 10 February 2012 in White color and price is 22,000 Yen around $285.
