New Toshiba Z830 series comes with new honeycomb structure design with a magnesium shell for cassing, matte grey finish and fluid resistant keyboard which offer keys responded quickly to protect the device from liquid, drops and provide shock absorption. It’s also offer incredibly thin and light, the device measures in 316.0 x 227.0 x 8.3 (front) / 15.9 (rear) mm with weight just 1.12kg, making it a very portable design and the lightest Ultrabook to date. I think it the answer from Toshiba for compete with the famous Apple’s MacBook Air.
Despite being light, new Toshiba slim and light notebook also comes with powerfull configuration. On the inside, the SATELLITE Z830-10U boasts up to 2.30 GHz Intel Core i5-2467M processor with Turbo Boost Technology while the Satellite Z830-10T has low version with 1.60 GHz Intel Core i5-2467M processor and both of them will be ship with up to 6GB of DDR3 RAM, Intel HD Graphics 3000 for users who want to play games, a 128GB solid state drive, 8 cell lithium-ion battery and Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit delivers an extremely responsive experience, increased durability, improved power saving, faster disk performance and capable to run multitasking without error.
Like the Portege Z830, Toshiba SATELLITE Z830 sporting an 13.3 inch LED backlighting HD display with a 1,366 x 768 pixels resolution, 1.3 MP webcamera with integrated microphone and Skype for video calling or conference, multimedia card reader, stereo speakersVGA port, HDMI port, Gigabit Ethernet LAN, WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, USB 3.0 port and USB 2.0 port that featuring Toshiba’s USB Sleep & Charge technology to cahrge another device when the machines is off.
