NEC has announced another Smartphone in their range calledMedias ES N-05D is an ultra-thin only 6.7mm Android phone, waterproof and dustproof body and connectivity to Casio’s G-Shock GB-6900 watch.

Specifications

The NEC Medias N-05D has Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread operating system, 4.3-inch HD capacitive multi-touch screen display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution, 1.5GHz MSM 8260 dual core processor, 1GB RAM, 4GB built-in storage with microSD card slot and 8.1-mega pixels CMOS camera with Exmor R for low lighting conditions.

The NEC ES N-05D has 3G connectivity of up to 14Mbps downloading and up to 5.7Mbps uploading speed, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, NFC e-Wallet function, Infrared, GPS, Digital TV Tuner, microUSB port, dimension 130 x 67 x 6.7 mm, weight 110 grams and 1400mah battery provides up to 5 hours talk time.

Release Date and Price

The NEC Medias ES N-05D will be available from late February or early March 2012 in Pink, Black and White color options but pricing information not unveils yet.
