Fujitsu Toshiba IS12T smartphone running Windows Phone Mango

Fujitsu and Toshiba which formed their partnership last year have come up with a smartphone IS12T. As stated, the new gadgetwas the first device running Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango), not only in Japan but also in the world.

It features Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8655 processor. Although its clock speed is not listed, we can assume that it is equal to 1 GHz which is the same on LG Revolution, HTC Thunderbolt and Droid Incredible 2 smartphones.

The smartphone is equipped with a WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) 3.7 inche display. It also has 32 GB of flash memory which should be enough for all customers' needs, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR for wireless connectivity and 13.2 megapixel autofocus camera. Interestingly, the device meets IPX5 requirements, which actually means that it is well protected against water (not afraid of any water streams from any direction).

Fujitsu Toshiba IS12T dimensions are 59 x 118 x 10.6 mm and it will work in standby mode for 280 hours; talk time is equal 400 minutes on one battery charge.

Sales of smartphones Fujitsu Toshiba IS12T will start on Japanese market via KDDI network "in September or later." The device will be available in three color options as you can see on the picture.
